Event Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Event Hire with Kinetic Studio

  1. Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to the event.

  2. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancelled within 7 days of the event, no refund will be issued.

  3. Studio Use: The hirer is responsible for ensuring all attendees comply with health and safety regulations. The studio must be used only for the agreed purpose.

  4. Damage & Liability: The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the studio or its equipment. The studio is not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.

  5. Cleaning & Pack Down: The hirer must leave the studio in its original condition. A mandatory $30 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

  6. Noise & Compliance: The hirer must adhere to local noise regulations and ensure all activities comply with Auckland Council bylaws.

  7. Alcohol: As a fully licensed premise, all alcohol consumption must comply with licensing laws and regulations. External alcohol is allowed via BYO, subject to compliance with licensing regulations and agreement of terms with Kinetic Studio.

  8. Insurance: The hirer is responsible for their own public liability insurance if required.

  9. Termination: The studio reserves the right to terminate the hire agreement immediately if these terms are breached.

By making a booking, the hirer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to

the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms

and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
