Kinetic Studio – Code of Conduct

Kinetic is a shared creative space built on respect, safety, and professionalism.
These standards apply to all students, teachers, staff, visitors, renters, collaborators, and affiliated groups engaging with Kinetic Studio, in person or online.

Respect and inclusion
All individuals must be treated with respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or exclusionary behaviour of any kind is not tolerated.

Safety and wellbeing
Physical and emotional safety are a priority. Any behaviour that puts others at risk, whether during classes, rehearsals, events, or associated activities, is not acceptable.

Professional boundaries
Appropriate boundaries are expected between teachers, students, staff, and community members at all times, both within and beyond the studio environment.

Conduct and communication
Abusive language, threats, aggressive behaviour, or harmful online conduct connected to Kinetic or its community is not permitted.

Use of shared spaces
All studios, facilities, and equipment must be treated with care and respect. Studio guidelines and reasonable instructions from Kinetic staff must be followed at all times.

Compliance with staff decisions
Kinetic Studio reserves the right to manage its space and community. Reasonable directions given by staff or representatives must be complied with.

Zero-tolerance behaviour
Violence, harassment, hate speech, intimidation, or illegal activity may result in immediate removal from the premises and further action where appropriate.

Right to refuse or revoke access
Kinetic Studio reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel participation, or revoke access to its spaces, programs, or events where behaviour does not align with these standards.
