How we handle feedback

We review all submissions and respond appropriately depending on what has been raised. You can submit anonymously, although this may limit our ability to follow up on some concerns.

Selecting “I'd like to formally raise a concern” means you're asking Kinetic to formally assess and respond to the matter. Where information raises a serious safety or conduct concern, Kinetic may need to assess or act regardless of the option selected.

Information will be handled as privately as reasonably possible and shared only where needed to review or respond to the matter.
