How much is the entry fee?
$15 per dancer. This fee is non-refundable.

What is the size of the stage?
5x4

Who pays the entry fee?
Only the Team Captain pays online via Squarespace, covering the full crew amount in one transaction.

How do I pay for my team?
Select the number of competitors in your crew (Qty 3 = 3 dancers, Qty 6 = 6 dancers), then checkout.

Can one person compete in multiple crews?
No. Each dancer can only enter the competition once.

How many dancers can be in a crew?
Minimum 3, maximum 6.

What styles are allowed?
Any style, or a mix of styles — all judged equally. There are no penalties for sticking to one style or fusing multiple.

How long can our set be?
Maximum of 3 minutes. Going over time may result in penalties.

Can we use props?
Yes, as long as they’re safe and can be set up/cleared within 30 seconds. No liquids, glitter/confetti, pyros, or sharp/heavy objects.

What about music?
Final track must be submitted 2 weeks before the event (WAV or high-quality MP3). Bring a USB backup on the night.

Are explicit lyrics allowed?
Yes, the event is R18 and in a nightclub — but no discriminatory, hateful, or illegal content will be accepted.

What’s the judging system?
Crews are scored across 5 categories, each out of 10. Judges may use decimals (e.g. 9.5). Total max score is 50.

When does registration close?
All teams must complete payment and submit their registration form by <DATE>.

Can we get a refund if someone drops out?
No. Entry fees are non-refundable.

What happens if my team is late submitting music?
You risk disqualification. Best practice: submit early to avoid issues.
