We focus on strength, alignment and clean execution so you feel stable in your heels and confident in your presence. It’s about developing control and precision that makes everything you do afterwards sharper and more powerful.

  • No. This course is open to anyone who wants to build proper technique. Whether you’re brand new or already dancing, we focus on foundations that improve balance, control and confidence in heels.

    We recommend dance heels with ankle support and a secure fit. If you’re new, start with a lower heel height so you can focus on technique safely. We’ll guide you in the first class if you’re unsure.

  • This is a structured five week training course, so enrolment is for the full programme. Each week builds on the last, which is how we create real progress rather than just learning routines.

  • All sessions take place at Kinetic Studio, 18–20 Lorne Street, Auckland CBD.
